Transition through School and to Further Education

Participants are at the heart of everything we do. We engage with participants, their families and careers in the services and support we provide. We deliver NDIS Core and Capacity Building Supports based on participants goals and needs.

This support category is for provision of skills training, advice, assistance with arrangements and orientation to assist a participant moving from school to further education. This support can be delivered to individual participants or groups of participants.

Careway support services have specialised educators who would support you with:

  • Achieveing positive outcomes: this includes getting into
  • Full time and part time training
  • Vocational, social, physical and recreational training
  • Apprenticeship training
  • Developing a comprehensive intervention plan.
  • Application process into higher education including TAFE or University
  • Overcoming barriers around access and equity
  • Liasing with educational institutions to establish tailored support to meet your needs
  • Educative Face to face and webinar workshops

Fees

The services and support you select determines the fees you have to pay. The fees are paid through your allocated NDIS funds.
We collaborate with you to develop an individual agreement, one that is tailored to meet your needs. There are no hidden charges. All areas of the support are well discussed before commencement and the payment process is straight forward with monthly statements.
